Pioneer of recycling, Giovanni Cossa started to deal with urban waste recycling in the area of Friuli at the end of the 80’s, developing environmental communication plans and tests in the waste management field, aiming at a resource recovery as opposed to a landfill logic.
After numerous experiences as consultant in local authorities and in technical commissions for waste treatments plants authorization, in 2006 Giovanni finally starts to work in A&T 2000 SpA with the role of technical services coordinator, developing the steps to a door-to-door waste collection in over 40 municipalities and following technical and organization adjustments of waste collection centers.
The new challenges of circular economy recently brought him to deal with facilities for waste reuse and to manage and review the fee system based on punctual waste quantification implemented by A&T 2000 SpA.
